Terms and Conditions – BVBA Dr. Johan Denis
Article 1: General Provisions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to every order placed through the e-commerce webshop of BVBA Dr. Johan Denis (hereinafter the "Seller").
"Customer" is defined as:
- Consumer: Any natural person purchasing products for personal use.
- Business: Any natural or legal person purchasing products for professional purposes.
Additional terms from the Customer are excluded unless explicitly accepted in writing by the Seller.
Article 2: Ownership of the Website & Copyright
- The website and all its content (including logos, texts, images, and software) are the property of BVBA Dr. Johan Denis and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
- Copying, distributing, or using content without prior permission is prohibited.
- Use of the webshop does not grant any license or ownership rights over the content.
Article 3: Offer & Prices
- All prices are in euros (€) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
- Additional costs, such as shipping fees, are stated separately during checkout.
- The Seller is not bound by obvious pricing errors or typographical mistakes.
Article 4: Ordering & Payment
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, debit card, or credit card.
- The order is only final after confirmation by the Seller.
- The Seller reserves the right to refuse orders in cases of payment issues or suspected fraud.
Article 5: Delivery
- Orders are processed within 5 business days, unless otherwise stated.
- The standard delivery time is a maximum of 30 days, unless supply issues or exceptional circumstances occur.
- The risk of loss or damage transfers to the Customer upon receipt.
Article 6: Retention of Ownership
The Seller retains ownership of the products until full payment has been made. The Customer is responsible for damage or loss from the moment the goods are delivered.
Article 7: Right of Withdrawal (Consumers Only)
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days after delivery without providing any reason.
Exceptions (no right of withdrawal for):
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Hygiene products with a broken seal
- Perishable goods
The Customer must return the product within 14 days after withdrawal in its original condition and packaging. Return costs are at the Customer’s expense, unless otherwise agreed.
A withdrawal form is available on the webshop.
Article 8: Warranty
Consumers are entitled to a 2-year legal warranty for manufacturing defects under normal use.
The warranty does not cover damage due to:
- Accidents, misuse, or negligence
- Normal wear and tear
- Failure to follow the manual or instructions
A proof of purchase is required for warranty claims.
Article 9: Non-Payment
- In case of late payment, the Customer is liable for statutory interest charges.
- The Seller may cancel the order or reclaim delivered goods in case of non-payment.
Article 10: Use of the Webshop
It is prohibited to:
- Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities via the webshop.
- Damage or hack the website.
- Copy or commercially exploit webshop content without permission.
In case of misuse, the Seller reserves the right to block the Customer’s access.
Article 11: Liability
- The Seller is not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, or misuse of products.
- Temporary website unavailability does not entitle Customers to compensation.
- Liability is limited to the total value of the order.
Article 12: Modification of Terms
- The Seller may change these Terms at any time.
- The most recent version is always published on the webshop.
- Significant changes will be communicated to existing Customers via email.
Article 13: Termination of the Agreement
The Seller may terminate the agreement immediately if:
- The Customer commits fraud or abuses the webshop.
- The Customer fails to make payments.
The Customer may terminate the agreement by ceasing further purchases.
Article 14: Governing Law & Disputes
- These Terms are governed by Belgian law.
- Disputes will be handled by the competent court in the Seller’s jurisdiction.

Article 15: Use of Stickers – Disclaimer
The stickers offered by the Seller provide a subtle energetic charge to water.
These products do not replace medical treatment and should not be interpreted as medical advice. Always consult a doctor for medical concerns.
The Seller is not liable for any health claims that are not scientifically proven.
